We meet so many different types of couples as wedding photographers. Saya and Kyle first met when they were only fifteen years old. They were both dancers and working a show together. They hardly interacted at first, but months later, when they ended up at the same dance studio, they grew closer. Saya and Kyle enjoy chill nights at home with snacks, games, and movies. Not to mention, they love a good late-night car ride with good music. Saya and Kyle had to change venues and dates, but their wedding day at The Elm Estate still turned out perfect!
Garden Wedding at The Elm Estate
For their wedding at The Elm State, besides getting to marry each other, they were most excited to be surrounded by all of their favorite people at one time. They wanted a day full of love and happiness, and they picked The Elm Estate because it perfectly combined a garden feel with a modern aesthetic.
Saya and Kyle’s goal was to mix classic and modern details to create something that felt elegant and timeless. Their color scheme of black, white, green, and gold was unique and perfectly matched the couple. They even DIY’d all of their signage and stationery. As a result of all of that love and care, their wedding day turned out gorgeous.
Unique Wedding Photography
Because of the date/venue change, M stayed home with baby Noah, so our associate Chris went with Rob. Chris is an amazing photographer, and he was so helpful during 2022 while baby Noah was in his first year.
For their wedding photography, Saya and Kyle knew exactly what they wanted. It was important to them that we photographed all the details they’d worked so hard on, including the food and flowers. But beyond that, they wanted us to capture as many genuine and candid moments as possible. This included the dance floor, which they really wanted us to focus on. The dance floor is one of Rob’s specialties. Rob shines on the dance floor, so he was happy to capture all the amazing dancing that went on that night.
Saya and Kyle are just our type of couple: bold and fun! We love meeting new people and helping them achieve their wedding day goals. We’d love to do the same for you. Tell us all about your ideal day, and let’s go on an adventure together!
