When we think of Las Vegas weddings, we think of flashy venues and Elvis impersonator ministers. Cameron and Jordyn’s Vegas wedding had a completely different vibe. Those who have been to Vegas know that it is not all neon signs and bright lights. There is also plenty of stunning desert landscape. Cameron and Jordyn chose that natural background as their wedding setting.
The ceremony took place outside a venue, but the makeshift outdoor set up took on its own serene vibe. The guests’ chairs were placed on a piece of perfect golf course grass with a floral canopy that looked out onto miles of mountain and desert scenery. This provided an awe-inspiring and serene backdrop for the couple’s special day.
The bridesmaids, groomsmen, and members of the wedding party were first down the aisle. The bridesmaids wore all dark blue gowns from Lulu’s. The groomsmen wore Men’s Warehouse gray suits with blue ties and white shirts.
The bride was next down the aisle. Jordyn wore a BHLDN ballgown dress that fell down to her feet in gauzy layers resting lightly on her bejeweled flats. The top of the dress featured lace detailing and a plunging neckline. The gown was backless as well.
Jordyn’s hair fell loosely to her shoulders with some pieces pulled back into her veil. Beauty Studio helped her achieve a light make up look. She carried a pink and white bouquet care of Blossoms by Gayle.
Cameron anxiously awaiting at the end of the aisle. Like his groomsmen, he also wore a gray suit, but his look was complemented by a plaid tie and a dark gray pocket-handkerchief. This gave him a vintage and classy appearance.
Once everyone was in position, it was time to make things official. They said their ‘I do’s’ and exchanged rings. Jordyn added a diamond band to her engagement ring which featured a large, pear-shaped diamond. Camerons ring was a thick gold band with cuts that allowed it to pick up lights and colors.
After the ceremony, we all walked out on the path along the golf course to allow them to have a secound to themselves, soaking it all in while the sunset. Then they arrived at the reception where no detail was spared in making the occasion memorable.
Ice sculptures gave the venue a magical look and guests were asked to sign heart shaped magnets when they arrived. There were even champagne flutes with interlocking rings bearing their names. Speeches were made, toasts were given, tears were cried, dances were danced, and a pleasant time was had by all.
The reception lasted well into the night until it was finally time to go. But we are confident the magical spirit is one that will last Cameron and Jordyn a lifetime. We wish the best for the happy couple.
