When we learned that Patrick proposed to Natalie on the same night, New Year’s Eve, that is father proposed to his mother, we knew that this day was going to be special – sentimental, sweet couples like Natalie and Patrick are just wonderful to work with!
The two chose to get married at the beautiful Our Lady of Tahoe church in Lake Tahoe. The ceremony, which was lovely and traditional, was the perfect prelude to the intimate reception held at the stunning Tahoe Blue Estate, a private residence situated on a mountainside and with incredible views. Although the summer smoke chose to make an appearance, its presence actually created some really cool and dramatic shots.
Tahoe Blue Estate proved to be the perfect location for Natalie and Patrick’s intimate guest list, which also doubled as a special 50th wedding anniversary celebration for his adorable parents. With 360 degree views of Lake Tahoe, there was nothing not to love about the location. And, for many of the couple’s guests who stayed the night at the venue, it was the perfect solution for keeping everyone relaxed and quite literally feeling right at home.
Although small, Natalie opted to enlist the help of a professional wedding planner who helped to make every single detail of the day, from the ceremony to cocktails, dinner to champagne toast. The end result is proof that even a small wedding deserves as much attention as a big one. Congratulations again Natalie and Patrick!
